Organizations with less than 100 employees:
$475 through August 29

What is Included:
One 6' skirted table in an 8' x 8' event space, two chairs, pipe-and-drape, electrical outlet, wireless internet connection, up to four (4) representatives per event space, continental breakfast, lunch, and one parking access code per company.
EncompassCMU Goes Green
The CPDC is dedicated to the University wide Scotty Goes Green initiative. As part of this effort, we ask that all EncompassCMU employers limit giveaways to those items that are practical and usable. These might include: candy, chapsticks, hand sanitizer, notebooks, pens, USB sticks.
Please join us in taking steps towards a more sustainable future for us all!
Company display/banner dimensions for EncompassCMU cannot exceed 8’ high x 6’ wide. Contact Janet Vojtash if your display/banner exceeds these requirements. Although not guaranteed, every effort will be made for those employers who have displays/banners that go beyond the stated dimensions.
Cancellations must be emailed to Janet Vojtash on or before August 29, 2018 for a full refund. Cancellation requests made after August 29, 2018 for event registration, additional representative fees, and/or interview table(s) will not be refunded.
If you register, but do not attend the event, you are not entitled to transfers or refunds at any time. No-shows forfeit their entire registration fee and materials, and are not eligible to roll the registration package over to another event. To avoid being considered a no-show, please email Janet Vojtash and cancel no later than August 29, 2018.

Stetson Warehouse Receiving:

- Your registration includes the material handling fee for one (1) package from Stetson's warehouse to the career fair
- Stetson will apply a material handling fee of $60 for each additional package after the first
- A late fee of an additional $25 will apply to all packages received at Stetson's warehouse on or after September 7 & 10
- Please be advised that Stetson will apply a late warehouse fee of an additional $25, late handling fee of an additional $60 and a late transfer fee of $50 to all packages received on September 11 or September 12

Parking, Directions & Campus Map
We will reserve one parking space per company in the East Campus Garage for the day of EncompassCMU. Proceed to the entry gate closest to the Cohon University Center. A parking access code will be emailed prior to the event. Using the keypad, enter the parking access code and then the “enter button” (#). Proceed to park your vehicle.
This code is also required to exit the garage and is only good for one entry and one exit.
