$200 through February 6
$250 February 7 - 13
Registration includes one 6' x 30" career fair skirted table, 2 chairs, electrical outlet, Wi-Fi internet access, 1 parking access code per company, up to 4 representatives and one lunch voucher for each attending representative.
CAOC: Goes Green
The CPDC is dedicated to the University-wide Scotty Goes Green initiative. As part of this effort, we ask that all Spark employers limit giveaways to those items that are practical and usable. These might include: candy, chapsticks, hand sanitizer, notebooks, pens, USB sticks. Please join us in taking steps towards a more sustainable future for us all!
Company display/banner dimensions for CAOC cannot exceed 8’ high x 3’ wide. Contact Janet Vojtash if your display/banner exceeds these requirements. Although not guaranteed, every effort will be made for those employers who have displays/banners that go beyond the stated dimensions.
Cancellations must be emailed to Janet Vojtash at firstname.lastname@example.org on or before February 6, 2020 for a full refund. Cancellation requests after February 6 for event registration, additional representative fees, and/or interview table(s) will not be refunded under any circumstances.
If you register but do not attend the event, you are not entitled to transfers or refunds at any time. No-shows forfeit their entire registration fee and materials, and are not eligible to roll the registration package over to another event.

For your convenience, we've gathered a list of nearby area accommodations. Some offer discount rates to Carnegie Mellon visitors and free shuttle service to campus for your convenience. Not sure about locations? Check out our online campus map. The hotels closest to campus will be in Shadyside, East End and Oakland.

Parking, Directions & Campus Map
We will reserve one parking space per company in the East Campus Garage for the day of the CAOC. A parking access code will be emailed prior to the event.
This code is also required to exit the garage and is only good for one entry and one exit.
