Registration includes one 6' x 30" career fair skirted table, 2 chairs, electrical outlet, Wi-Fi internet access, 1 parking access code per company, up to 4 representatives and lunch for each attending representative.
CAOC: Goes Green
The CPDC is dedicated to the University-wide Scotty Goes Green initiative. As part of this effort, we ask that all CAOC employers limit giveaways to those items that are practical and usable. These might include: candy, chapsticks, hand sanitizer, notebooks, pens, USB sticks. Please join us in taking steps towards a more sustainable future for us all!
Company display/banner dimensions for CAOC cannot exceed 8’ high x 6’ wide. Contact Janet Vojtash if your display/banner exceeds these requirements. Although not guaranteed, every effort will be made for those employers who have displays/banners that go beyond the stated dimensions.
Cancellations must be emailed to Janet Vojtash at firstname.lastname@example.org on or before February 4, 2021 for a full refund. Cancellation requests after February 4 for event registration, additional representative fees, and/or interview table(s) will not be refunded. All unpaid registration fees are due upon cancellation.
If you register but do not attend the event, you are considered to be a "no-show" and are not entitled to transfers or refunds at any time. No-shows forfeit their entire registration fee and materials, and are not eligible to roll the registration package over to another event. To avoid being considered a no-show, please email email@example.com and cancel no later than February 4, 2021. All unpaid registrations are due immediately.

Warehouse hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00am to 4:00pm
Items received at the warehouse after the event is over will be charged handling fees, based on the piece count of the outbound shipment
- Your registration includes the material handling fee for one (1) small package (i.e. carton or fiber case) from Stetson's warehouse to the career fair
- Stetson will apply a material handling fee of $60 for each additional package after the first
- A late fee of an additional $25 will apply to all packages received at Stetson's warehouse on or after February 17 through February 19
- Please be advised that Stetson will apply a late warehouse fee of an additional $25, late handling fee of an additional $60 and a late transfer fee of $50 to all packages on or after February 20
Parking, Directions & Campus Map
We will reserve one parking space per company in the East Campus Garage for the day of the CAOC. A parking access code will be emailed prior to the event.
This code is also required to exit the garage and is only good for one entry and one exit.
