Subsidiary Rights and Permissions
For permission to reprint materials from Carnegie Mellon University Press books, be sure to include the following information in your request:- Press book title; author or editor; title/s of poem/s and page number/s; when applicable, prose text and page number/s; and figure or illustration numbers
- Title of your publication and type of media, your author or editor, your publisher name, expected month/year of publication, distribution (e.g., U.S. only, world), number of copies to be printed, and estimated list price
