Dr. Sebastian Harnisch, Tuesday, March 15, 2011
4:30pm, Steinberg Auditorium, Baker Hall A53
Dr. Sebastian Harnisch, Professor of Political Science at Heidelberg University, examines Germany's foreign policy trajectory since 1990.
