Legislation and Guidance

Nationally, the term "Title IX" is being used as shorthand to refer to a body of federal statutes, regulations and guidance governing and guiding educational institutions with respect to gender equity and sexual misconduct.   For convenience, links to some of the most commonly referenced legal resources in the Title IX space are provided below.
