About the Organization Report

To inform your peers and instructors about your consulting assignment, provide them with an overview of what you know about your consulting situation so far and an idea of the problems and opportunities you are finding.

Requirements/Outline:

Include all you have learned about the organization. Following this formatting template, organize the information into the following sub-headings, and then include the problems and opportunities that you and the CP have identified.

HOW TO SUBMIT THE HOMEWORK:

• Submit your report to Canvas .
• Send, by email, to your Mentor
• Send, by email, to each member of your mentor group.
• This should be a document in Microsoft Word .doc format
