Paws to Relax-Campus Wellness - Carnegie Mellon University

Paws to Relax

Paws to Relax is one of the Mindfulness Room's weekly programs. Each week, we host two sessions of registered Therapets from Animal Friends, a local animal shelter, that provide comfort and support to members of our campus community. These volunteers bring their animals to campus free of charge to interact and socialize with the CMU community. Currently, dogs visit each week and we occasionally offer bunny visits too! Join us on Wednesdays from 7pm-8pm in the Mindfulness Room and on Saturdays from 1pm-2pm in Morewood Gardens Maker Space B, for some love from furry friends. Don’t forget to practice gratitude by thanking the volunteers for their time!
