Riotous & Disorderly Behavior

Security officers have been instructed to arrest members of the campus community and guests who provoke riotous and disorderly behavior or fail to comply with reasonable requests to disperse or return to their residences when riotous or disorderly behavior is taking place. If necessary, the Pittsburgh Police will be called to assist.  The university will not usually provide assistance to individuals arrested under these circumstances. Last revised Spring 1999.
