Strategic Plan 2015 - Carnegie Mellon University

As announced by President Suresh, Carnegie Mellon is embarking on the development of a new strategic plan that will guide the university in its growth over the next decade. The collective process of drafting the 2015 Strategic Plan will allow us to explore the many ways in which we can continue to flourish and evolve.

This will be a collaborative process and your involvement will be essential to the plan’s success. The first step of the process is to gather information. To that end, we will engage all university constituents in the dialogue - in small groups and large.

A series of Town Hall meetings is planned; the next one is scheduled for Wednesday, January 28, 2015, 4:30-6:00 pm, in Posner Center. A webcast will be available for those who cannot attend in person. A video of the November 17, 2014 meeting can be found under the Town Hall Meetings heading on the left. Please check this site often, as we will post additional meeting dates/times, updates and information on a regular basis.

If you cannot attend the Town Hall meetings, or if you have an opinion or suggestion you want to convey now, we encourage you to submit your thoughts, ideas, or questions through the "Ask a Question" link on the left of this page, or to
