Strategic Plan - Carnegie Mellon University

Carnegie Mellon's Strategic Plan, developed in 2008, will guide the university community in six core areas:  education and student life, research and artistic creation, regional impact, globalization and international initiatives, Carnegie Mellon community success, and finance and infrastructure.  The development of the 2008 Strategic Plan has allowed us to collectively explore the many ways in which we will continue to grow and develop the core areas.

Your involvement continues to be essential to the plan’s success.

Feel free to contact Michael C. Murphy, Vice President for Campus Affairs, at (412) 268-2057 or with any thoughts, ideas, or suggestions.
