| Title: | Being Out Front to Trade to the #1 Acquirer |
| Abstract: |
This event will feature Jon B. Fisher, who will share with students a novel approach to entrepreneurship, which he has named "Strategic Entrepreneurism". Through the example of Bharosa, a company he created and sold to Oracle, he will explain, inter-alia, why entrepreneurs should focus on picking the right customers and on foregoing funding in favor of retaining greater control and leverage. Moreover, Jon Fisher will address how entrepreneurs should design their company in order to make it a perfect target for acquisition.
