A nationally recognized leader in health and human services reform and case management, Dr. Davis has a proven record of motivating highly effective teams in the governmental, business and non-profit sectors. Dr. Davis is a current member of the National Transition of Care Coordination Advisory Board and works with the Collaborative Initiative at MIT. Dr. Davis’ results oriented style was applied during her recent tenure as the designated leader of the Department of Defense reform of case/care management for wounded, ill and injured service members, veterans and their families. Her team created the joint DOD and VA Federal and Recovery Coordination Programs that help service members, veterans, and their families, receive the “right care, by the right person, at the right time and place”.
