Several products on today's market aim to help people age at home. Yes despite the growing need for such products and their innovative nature, many products have yet to reach full commercial potential.
Why is this so?
What fundamental challenges and barriers to mass use or adoption exist for the emerging home healthcare device industry?
This whole-day workshop event will bring some answers to light in emerging areas of aging in place and caregiving technologies. Specific technical and non-techical issues addressed include: product requirements, stakeholder adoption, user interactions, market penetration and proliferation.
