African American Chamber of Commerce of Western Pennsylvania Membership Directory:

Listings primarily for African-American owned, including African-American-women-owned businesses.

Allegheny County Office of Minority, Women & Disadvantaged Business Enterprises  M/W/DBE Directory of Certified Firms:

NOTE: In the event of broken link for the resource above, use your browser to open the following website: www.county.allegheny.pa.us.  From the DEPARTMENT dropdown window, scroll down and select M/W/DBE.  Next, select the link SEARCHABLE DIRECTORY from the list on the left side of window under the heading M/W/DBE Certified Firms. 

Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) of Pittsburgh no longer maintains a separate directory.  Instead use the Allegheny County resource listed above.

State of Pennsylvania - Minority/Woman Business Database Search:

Some listings for veteran-owned and service-disabled veteran-owned businesses.  Does not specify whether business are also ethnic minority, women-owned, HUBZone qualified.
