When having packages shipped to you, use the same address format as when addressing mail:Name

Upon delivery, Postal Services will scan your package and an email notification will be sent to you. After receiving this notification, please pick up your package as soon as possible at the package pick up window, located around the corner from the front window of the Post Office. You must have your student ID to pick up your packages. Consistent with USPS regulations, all packages not picked up within ten days will be returned to sender.
Please note that if there is a legitimate reason that packages cannot be picked up within the ten day period, a proxy can pick up packages for you. To do this, the Post Office Mailroom Coordinator must be notified via email. Please copy your proxy on the email and the email should include: your name, your SMC, the number of packages to be retrieved and the name of the proxy. The proxy must present the email and a photo id to pick up the packages. If a proxy cannot pick up your packages, please contact the Post Office and further arrangements can then be made to handle the packages.
Please note that Postal Services does not deliver packages to fraternities, sororities or off-campus residents. This mail will be delivered by a United States Postal Service mail carrier.
