Active Trademark Licensees

The contractual term for each of Carnegie Mellon's trademark licensing agreements begins on  July 1 of each year and ends on June 30 the following year.  This year’s standard licensing agreements will expire on June 30, 2009.  Please don’t make the assumption that someone you did business with this past fiscal year was automatically renewed for the current fiscal year.  Companies that use our logos without being granted a license are doing so illegally.

Each licensee is required to comply with our Code of Workplace Conduct for Trademark Licensees.

Licensees may be dropped throughout the year for non-compliance to our Code of Workplace Conduct. You are asked to periodically review this active licensee list to verify your licensed supplier is still in “good standing” with Carnegie Mellon’s trademark licensing program.

The suppliers listed below have been granted licensing agreements and they have been signed by their signatory and our director of procurement services.  Some are suppliers to our bookstore while others may sell products to other customers on and off campus.

These two (2) suppliers/or individuals listed below have been granted special permission, a one time use or a limited use license. They are listed here for information purposes only and can not be used for general orders.
