I, the undersigned, ______________________________________ , in consideration for employment by Carnegie Mellon University, hereby agree to be bound by the Carnegie Mellon University Intellectual Property Policy, dated August 27, 1985, as amended from time to time. I understand that the Policy applies to intellectual property that is developed after the date set forth below. I hereby acknowledge receipt and review by me of the Policy as presently in effect. This form is executed with the intention to be legally bound hereby.
