Chief Thomas A. Ogden Jr.
Chief Tom Ogden served as a police officer for the Borough of Carnegie, PA in 1979. He served with the police department in the Municipality of Mt Lebanon PA from 1980 to 2008. He held all five ranking positions in that department and served as chief for the last 10 years until his retirement. Chief Ogden is a graduate of the PA State Police Academy and the 181st Session of the FBI National Academy. He earned a bachelors degree in public administration from Point Park University and a master's degree in public policy from the University of Pittsburgh. He began service with the CMU Police Department in September 2008.
