Silver Celebration

UAACarnegie Mellon President Jared L. Cohon was the master of ceremonies at the 25th anniversary celebration for the University Athletic Association (UAA) Jan. 11 in Indianapolis during the NCAA's annual convention. In his remarks, Cohon highlighted the academic and athletic success of UAA student-athletes. CMU student-athletes, alumni and administrators joined President Cohon at the event. Athletics is hosting Faculty and Staff Family Day on Sunday, Feb. 19, when the men's and women's basketball teams take on the University of Rochester at noon and 2 p.m.
