University Health Services is offering seasonal flu vaccine to students, faculty, staff and spouses/partners. Vaccine clinics will be hosted at several campus locations, including the University Center (UC), Heinz College, Tepper School and Mellon Institute. Here's the schedule:
Please bring your CMU ID card. Human Resources will cover the cost for staff and faculty, and the CMU student insurance plan will cover the vaccine cost for students on the plan. For spouses/partners and students on other plans, the cost is $17 (payment by check or student account only; no cash, please).

- Thursday, Sept. 29, 3-6 p.m. at Donner Hall Lounge, first floor
- Tuesday, Oct. 4, 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. at Pake Room, UC
- Wednesday, Oct. 12, 12 - 4 p.m. at Mellon Institute
- Thursday, Oct. 13, 3 - 6 p.m. at Tepper School, Room 109
- Tuesday, Oct. 25, 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. at Wright Room, UC
- Wednesday, Nov. 2, 11 a.m. - 4 p.m. at Health & Benefits Fair, Rangos Ballroom, UC
- Thursday, Nov. 17, 3 - 6 p.m., Tepper School, Room 109
- Tuesday, Nov. 22, 9 a.m. - 12 p.m., University Health Services
