Bruker MiniSpec 0.47 Tesla

The Bruker MiniSpec if available for routine relaxation measurements. The instrument consists of 10-cm and 18-cm RF probes, a temperature controller, a 300W RF amplifer and software for fully automated determination of T1 and T2 relaxation times in tissue samples, cell suspensions, and contrast agents.

High Resolution NMR Spectrometers: 7.0-, 11.7-, 14.0-Tesla

The NMR Center has access to four high resolution Bruker AVANCE DRX NMR spectrometers. The magnetic field strengths correspond to proton resonance frequencies of 300 MHz, 500 MHz and 600 MHz. These instruments have four RF channels and are routinely used for high resolution protein NMR spectroscopy and NMR spectroscopy of Biological samples and metabolites.
