News Brief: Supporting the Arts

Support the region’s arts and cultural organizations during PITTSBURGH IS ART Day of Giving, a 24-hour online donation match campaign, Wednesday, May 11. Carnegie Mellon University’s College of Fine Arts and its Conflict Kitchen, Miller Gallery, Studio for Creative Inquiry and Waffle Shop are participating.

Any donation of $15 or more made during the 24-hour period will receive additional funds from a matching pool. If you enjoy the great programming and events created by the Conflict Kitchen, Miller Gallery, Studio for Creative Inquiry and the Waffle Shop, please consider supporting them with a gift.

Follow these steps to make your donation:

1. On May 11, go to http://pittsburghisart.pittsburghgives.org/nonprofit/

2. Select "Carnegie Mellon University College of Fine Arts"

3. To designate your gift to CFA’s special units, write in the name of the CFA unit you wish to support on the donation form under special instructions.
