2009 Carnegie Mellon International Film Festival Explores "Faces of Realism"

Forbidden LiesThe Humanities Center presents its 2009 International Film Festival, "Faces of Realism," Feb 26–March 8 at venues throughout Pittsburgh. "Faces of Realism" encourages audiences to examine how reality is portrayed through nine feature and documentary films from six different countries. Films will be accompanied by a short work. General admission tickets for each film are $7 for the public and $3 for students. Tickets for the opening night reception and film screening are $10 for general admission and $7 for students. A full access festival pass can be purchased for $35 ($15 for students). For more, read the news release.
