 Participation
 The program will take place from 9:00 am – 5:30 pm on Monday and Tuesday,
September 26 & 27.
Program & Presentations
The format will be similar to prior forums. On
the first day, participants will be giving oral presentations (15-20 minutes),
and the young scientists will be participating in a poster session on the first and
second day. Poster presenters will also give a talk (3 – 5 minutes).
Meeting Location
The meeting is held at Belle-Essence Hotel,
Seoul, Korea.
Travel
You will be flying into Incheon International Airport,
Korea. Accommodations are at the Belle-Essence Hotel.

US Participants:
Travel and accommodations for US-based speakers and presenters are
sponsored by the US National Science Foundation. Please note that the air
tickets should be purchased through US based airlines (Delta, United, American, or Jet Blue), otherwise, the travel
expenses may not be reimbursed.
Korean Participants:
Travel and accommodations for Korean participants is sponsored
by the National Research Foundation in Korea.
