Bio
Matt Beale currently teaches User Research Methods in the MPD program. Matt has also taught industrial design studio, product development process and design thinking in university and corporate settings. Matt is the President of
Daedalus, an award-winning research, design, and engineering firm with specialties in healthcare and safety. Honors include IDEA, MDEA, Spark, and Good Design awards, and publication in periodicals from Metropolis to The Wall Street Journal. The firm's clients range from startups to the Fortune 50.
