CMU Team Competes in Formula SAE Race
In their second best finish in team history, the Carnegie Mellon student chapter of the Society of Automotive Engineers placed 41 out of 140 at the SAE International Formula SAE race in Michigan on May 12. Teams are judged on many aspects of the car, including potential as a production item. The team did well in all of the categories including the Endurance race, which many teams fail to finish.
Congratulations to the team members and the SAE co-advisors, Satbir Singh and John Wiss!
