Robinson & Group Receives Funding To Create New Program Studying Environmental Impact of Nanotechnology

Professor Allen Robinson along with Kelvin Gregory, assistant professor of civil and environmental engineering; Kris Dahl, assistant professor of biomedical engineering and chemical engineering; Michael Bockstaller, associate professor of materials science; Mohammad Islam, assistant professor of materials science and chemical engineering; and Paul Fischbeck, professor of social and decision sciences and engineering and public policy in collaboration with Howard University's Gary Harris, professor of electrical and computer engineering have received funding from National Science Foundation (NSF) to launch a new interdisciplinary program in the environmental effects and policy implications of nanotechnology.
