Machine Shop Class Information

The Mechanical Engineering Department will conduct a short course on Machine Shop Practice to familiarize students in the operation and safety of machine tools. This will give students a good idea of what goes into engineering designs in building a prototype and also will enable them to operate the machinery available in any future classes. The course should be taken in preparation for Design II and is a graduation requirement beginning with the Class of 2013.

24-200 is a 6 week course meeting for 2 hours per week in the Student Shop HH-C109. The class will be conducted by Mechanical Engineering Shop Staff, Jim Dillinger, John Fulmer, and Ed Wojciechowski.
