Information Systems Program
- What to do
- The Information Systems Program is making a change to its deadline for
applications for internal transfer. Until now, applications were due at the
end of each semester; now, we will accept applications to mid-semester
break, and accept qualified students at that time so they can register
during OLR week as an IS student. Since we will also reserve the right to
defer some acceptance decisions until the end of the semester to see final
grades, we will ALSO accept continue to accept applications at the end of
the semester (from those who missed the mid-semester deadline).
NOTE: Freshmen should still wait until the end of their first year
in order to apply for transfer. The department would like to see fall
and spring final grades before making a decision to admit.
At this time, IS is still not available as an additional major or as
a minor.
