Bio

Carlos M. R. Abreu was born in Coimbra (Portugal) in 1983. He received his Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from University of Coimbra (Portugal) in 2008. Then, he joined the group of Professor Jorge F. J. Coelho at the University of Coimbra (Portugal) in 2011, where he has developed his Ph.D. project in collaboration with Professor Krzysztof Matyjaszewski from Carnegie Mellon University (Pittsburgh, USA). His research focuses on the development of technologies for RDRP.
