The Carnegie Mellon Leadership Academy, a joint effort of Human Resources—Learning and Development and the Tepper School of Business Executive Education Center, aims to prepare our talented and dedicated staff to take on positions of senior leadership to effectively guide the university into the future.
Over the course of a year, the CMLA provides an intensive professional development program that combines:
- classroom instruction
- self-assessment and development
- a strategic team project
The Carnegie Mellon Leadership Academy is intended for staff who have demonstrated exceptional potential and commitment to the university.
