Active Tutors
Designing, building and evaluating new teaching-learning environments
for distance learning. ActiveTutors explores a new kind of
personalized teaching machine based on the seamless integration of
incremental instruction with practice. Our current endeavor is to
provide a first academic year of computer science instruction over the
World Wide Web.
Carnegie Mellon Online
Carnegie Mellon Online is a technology enriched learning environment
offering students the opportunity to break the traditional constraints
of time and place while pursuing their chosen degree at Carnegie
Mellon University.
