Kiron Skinner, Director of International Relations program, interviewed on C-SPAN

Kiron Skinner, associate professor of history and political science and director of the International Relations program at Carnegie Mellon University, is co-author of the recently published book, "The Strategy of Campaigning," which looks at the political careers of Ronald Reagan and Boris Yeltsin.  Professor Skinner co-wrote the book with three other authors, including current Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice.

She discusses the book with Marcus Mabry, international business editor at the New York Times and author of "Twice As Good:Condoleezza Rice and Her Path to Power."
