International Relations & Politics Affiliated OrganizationsCERIS:
Carnegie Mellon is a member of The
Consortium for Educational Resources on Islamic Studies (CERIS), a
collaboration of academic, non-profit, and religious organizations in
Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. Through shared academic resources,
CERIS seeks to encourage greater understanding about Islamic Studies,
which encompasses languages, literatures, and disciplines, and extends
from the seventh century to the present and across broad geographical
areas of the world. CERIS maintains an online, searchable database of
educational
resources, such as events, courses, and expertise, related to Islamic
Studies. |
