Arcam AB S12 - EBM Facility  - for Ti6Al4V

The Arcam EBM machines utilize a high power electron beam that generates the energy needed for high melting capacity and high productivity. The Arcam EBM process takes place in vacuum and at high temperature, resulting in stress relieved components with material properties better than cast and comparable to wrought material.

EOS M 290 - Direct Metal Laser Sintering (DMLS) - for various metals

The EOS M 290 utilize a 400 watt fiber laser that generates the energy needed for sintering metal powder. The DMLS process takes place in protective nitrogen as well as argon atmospheres (depending on material). EOS M 290 supports processing for a wide range of materials: from light metals to stainless and tool steel to superalloys. Full control over the parameter set gives freedom to modify power, velocity etc. of the laser beam to meet individual requirements.
