E-Refund

Enrollment Services encourages all students to authorize direct deposit of their student account credit balances into a checking or savings account. Taking advantage of this opportunity eliminates the need to stand in line at The HUB to pick up a check. Enrolling for E-Refund takes only a moment, students simply visit the account page on Student Information On-Line and click the E-Payment/E-Refund button.

In order to be eligible to participate in the E-refund process, a student must be enrolled during the semester in which the credit balance occurs. If the credit balance occurs after the student's enrollment has ended, or after the student has separated from the university, Enrollment Services will process a manual student account refund.

Summer - Important Refund Information

Summer session refund checks are not automatically generated as they are in the fall and spring semesters. To request a student account refund for any summer session, please email The HUB to request a refund. You may also mail or fax a request to The HUB. See Contact Information for the address and/or fax number.

Fall and Spring Semester Refunds

Enrollment Services automatically generates refund checks to students when their student accounts indicate a credit balance greater than $25.00.
However, when the student's credit balance results from one of the following transactions, we manually review the student's account before we release the refund:

Enrollment Services notifies the student via e-mail after a refund check is generated and available for pick up at The HUB, or after a direct deposit has been made.
