Enrollment Services has launched electronic monthly invoicing. This service will automatically replace paper bills, which will no longer be mailed. E-mail notifications will be sent to a student’s Andrew ID e-mail address when a new monthly invoice is available online. The notification will include some information about the student’s billing statement and a link to Student Information On-Line (SIO) where the student will be able to view their invoice.
A major benefit of electronic invoicing is that students will now be able to authorize Carnegie Mellon to e-mail a PDF electronic representation of their invoice to other bill payers such as parents and spouses. Other benefits include:
Save time – no more waiting for an invoice in the mail
24/7 access from anywhere with an Internet connection
Secure login for students with Andrew ID and password
Students can authorize other bill payers to view their electronic invoice
Students have access to prior statements
Ability to access and print the electronic invoice
