Where is The HUB located and when is it open?
The HUB is located in the lower level (basement) of Warner Hall. The HUB is open on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and on Tuesday and Thursday from 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
How do I contact The HUB and whom do I ask to speak to?
For general questions and information, you can call The HUB at 412-268-8186, send email to thehub@andrew.cmu.edu or visit us in the lower level of Warner Hall. The Assistant Directors in The HUB serve as contacts for specific colleges assisting enrolled students and departments with key aspects of the enrollment process - financial aid, billing, registration, and academic and financial forms. What does "HUB" stand for?
"HUB" is not an acronym. The HUB is the student service center, where Student Financial Aid, the Student Accounts Office, the University Registrar's Office, and ID Card Services come together to provide a "one-stop-shop" for all of your enrollment needs. The HUB is considered to be the front door to the Enrollment Services division of Carnegie Mellon.
