If you previously borrowed a Federal Grad PLUS Loan at Carnegie Mellon and completed a Federal Grad PLUS Master Promissory Note (MPN), you do not need to complete another Grad PLUS MPN for each subsequent academic year. However, your loan must be approved by the lender every year.
