E-Grades Submission-The HUB - Carnegie Mellon University

E-Grades Submission Information

This page is specific for Carnegie Mellon faculty, teaching instructors and department grading proxies.

The following is a list of dates and some general information you will find useful when entering your 2014 Summer One and Mini-5 Final Grades via the Electronic Grade Web Submission Process through Faculty Information Online (FIO).

Please keep in mind that plus and minus grades for undergraduates are only accepted during mid-semester grading periods. Plus and minus grades will not be accepted for undergraduate students during final grading periods.

**REMINDER: Your email confirmation only contains the student's computer ID, last name, first name, course number and course section. No grades are listed in the email.

**IMPORTANT CHANGE: As of Fall 2011, the University Registrar's Office will no longer print any departmental grade reports. You can now run and print your own departmental grade reports using the Student Data Warehouse (SDW). If requested, we will copy the grade report job onto your SDW account. Then, you can customize and run the report job at the end of the grading period(s).

Due to the fact that students' are not final until 8 a.m., Wednesday, July 1 (or Wednesday, July 9 for Heinz Australia), please do not run your 2014 Summer One and Mini-5 final grade report(s) until after 8 a.m. that morning. This will ensure you receive the most updated departmental grade report(s).

Should you have difficulty running your departmental grade report(s) or if you do not have access to the Student Data Warehouse, please send email to egrades@andrew.cmu.edu.

If you have any additional questions, feel free to call Mary Ann Moyer at 268-1941 or Kathy Sloan at 268-1949. You may also send email to egrades@andrew.cmu.edu.
