E-Grades Submission-The HUB - Carnegie Mellon University

E-Grades Submission Information

This page is specific for Carnegie Mellon faculty, teaching instructors and department grading proxies.

The following is a list of dates and some general information you will find useful when entering your Fall 2011 Final Grades via the Electronic Grade Web Submission Process through Faculty Information Online (FIO).

Please keep in mind that the change made to allow plus and minus grades for undergraduates was only for mid-semester grading periods. Plus and minus grades will not be accepted for undergraduate students during final grading periods.

Reminder: Your e-mail confirmation no longer contains the actual grade(s) you submitted. It only contains the student's computer ID, last name, first name, course number and course section.

Important: Due to the fact that a limited number of departments pick up their departmental grade reports, we will not be printing any reports unless requested. If you wish to have your departmental grade reports printed, please send e-mail with your request to egrades@andrew.cmu.edu by 5 p.m. on Monday, December 19, 2011. In your e-mail, please specify if you want freshmen, undergraduate and/or graduate student reports, and the college AND department(s) you are requesting. You will be notified where and when your reports will be available.

If you have any additional questions, feel free to call Mary Ann Moyer at 268-1941 or Kathy Sloan at 268-1949. You may also send e-mail to egrades@andrew.cmu.edu.
