The University Registrar's Office controls 86 classrooms at various campus buildings. Our classrooms vary in size containing fixed, tabled and conference seating along with an instructor table/chair. The University Registrar's Office classroom list references shared space, air conditioned rooms, lecture hall and seminar style classrooms. Classrooms do not provide pianos, podiums, or extra furniture. Our classrooms are inspected prior to the start of classes to insure that every classroom contains the correct number of chairs.
There are several classrooms and auditoriums that are scheduled for semester classes but do not show up on SpaceQuest (25Live). These classrooms are listed on our registrar classroom listing sheet with a number next to it. Look at the footnote at the bottom of the University Registrar's Office classroom list for the department who schedules them. These rooms are shared spaces. This means courses and final exams are scheduled in them but all event scheduling is handled through the department scheduler.

The University Registrar's Office's office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday, and any reservations for space coming in over the weekend will not be addressed until the following Monday.
