Verification of Number Enrolled in College

The number of dependent family members enrolled in college affects your eligibility for financial aid.  Therefore, we verify the enrollment information that you reported on the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and the CSS Profile to determine if anything has changed since you completed these forms.

We use the National Student Clearinghouse to verify your sibling’s enrollment information.  In order to do this, we must have the name, social security and date of birth of each sibling/dependent family member you reported would be enrolled at least half-time in a degree or certificate program for the 2013-14 academic year.

Please print and complete the Verification of Number Enrolled in College form and return it to The HUB by October 14, 2013.  To expedite the verification process, please fax the form to 412-268-8084.

If you are unable to provide the information to us, please forward the form to your parent for completion.

If we have not received the verification form(s) by October 14, 2013, we will re-evaluate your financial aid eligibility.  This may result in a reduction in financial aid.  We encourage you to take immediate action to prevent any unnecessary adjustment to financial aid.
