Course Audit Procedure:
Print the Course Audit Approval Form [.pdf] and fill in all requested information in the Student Information box.
Complete Course Information (course number, section and units)
You need to sign
Major Advisor must sign (or AAC advisor, if undeclared)
Course Instructor's signature
1. Once completed this form must be turned in directly to the HUB, basement of Warner Hall, prior to the 10th day of classes.
The AAC encourages you and major departments to make a copy for your own records- since this form does not require a signature from the AAC office.
2. If you are undeclared, The AAC will review the form for the completed information. If advisor’s signature is needed The AAC will accept the form and pass it to that student’s assigned advisor. After the AAC advisor has signed off. The AAC will then fax the signed copy to Enrollment Services.
3. A copy is also placed in the student’s AAC file.
NOTE: The only time The AAC signs this form after the deadline is when the student turns it in with a completed petition asking to audit after the deadline (10th day of classes). A decision is made within a day or two and copies are made and distributed to the student, the major department, and if approved, on to Enrollment Services in Warner Hall 19.
AUDIT DEADLINE IS THE 10th DAY OF CLASSES.
