Department Coordinators

In each academic department, there is an academic coordinator [.xlsx] who management course registrations, keeps your academic audit up-to-date and aids your Academic Advisor.  This person is a great academic resource.

Major

Your primary major Academic Advisor is your first point of contact for questions and concerns related to your major.  This person is the one who will certify you for graduation.

Additional Major

Your additional major Academic Advisor is the person to contact for questions and concerns related to this additional major.  This person is the one who decides about double-counting issues for the second major; you should always consult your primary major advisor as to whether courses taken for this second major that are also in the primary major can be double-couinted.

Minor

Your minor Academic Advisor is the person to contact for questions and concerns related to this minor.  This person is the one who decides about double-counting issues for the minor; you should always consult your primary major advisor and/or additional major  as to whether courses taken for this minor that are also in the major(s) can be double-couinted.

Programs

Since each program has an Academic Advisor who is in additional to your major and/or minor Academic Advisor, you will need to consult with that person to make sure you are accomplishing the requirements for that particular program.

Who to contact for what

Depending on the major(s), minor(s) and/or programs you decide to pursue, you have multiple advisors to assist you.
