Management Development for Staff and Faculty
eLearning with the Harvard ManageMentor
Learning and Development has undertaken an e-learning initiative with Harvard Business Publishing. Users have unlimited access to Harvard's full library of management e-learning courses for twelve months for a moderate license fee. The library contains modules to address many business issues, including Business Essentials, Change, Communications, Finance, Innovation, Leadership, Marketing, Performance Management, Personal Development, Strategy, Teams, and Workplace Issues categories. Most courses are targeted to new managers or fast trackers who are on their way to management. All programs are web-based and self-paced.
- Cost: $100 license fee per user for defined 12-month periods
- Modules: 42 modules in 12 categories
- Technical requirements: Windows XP and Internet Explorer recommended
