HR Connection News:
OE for 2010 International Benefits is Nov 1 - 15.

Open Enrollment begins November 1 and runs through November 15 for International locations.  You'll be able to use the Open Enrollment module to review your current elections at their 2010 rates and make new choices (if necessary) for next year.  New This Year: you will see rates displayed monthly and can also change the display to see annual rates to see how the costs add up over the year.  Use HR Connection early in the OE period, so you have plenty of time to review your options, learn more information and resolve any problems before the deadline hits!

Connect to HR Connection

International employees can use HR Connection to:

• make benefit election within 31 days of your hire* (see note below)
• make benefits changes at Open Enrollment or within 31 days of a qualifying life/status change* (see note below)
• update demographic information, including emergency contact information
• change retirement contributions
• view your current benefits

You must authenticate using your Andrew username and password.

NOTE ABOUT ENROLLING IN HEALTH BENEFITS THROUGH HR CONNECTION

When enrolling in CIGNA or InterGlobal coverage through HR Connection, your elections will be entered into the university's benefits administration system. However, if you are changing the covered members enrolled in the plan (such as when enrolling for the first time or when adding or dropping a dependent from your coverage), your changes are not automatically forwarded to the carriers. In this instance, it is necessary to complete the university's and the carrier's enrollment/change form and forward it to:
