Open Enrollment
Enroll in benefits Oct. 27 – Nov. 17, 2025
Open Enrollment is your chance to review and update your benefits for the upcoming year. Log in to Workday by Monday, Nov. 17 at 5 p.m. ET to make your elections. (See instructions.)
Your new benefits will take effect on Jan. 1, 2026, and will remain in place for the entire year. Once Open Enrollment ends on Nov. 17, you can only change your benefits if you experience a qualifying life event.

- Register for an informational event to learn more and get your questions answered.
- View the rates and plan summaries.
- Search provider networks to confirm in-network physicians and facilities.

Maintaining last year's benefits? Important note:
If you do not want to change your benefits elections for 2026, no action is required on your part, with the following exception: spending account elections (Health Care FSA, Limited Purpose FSA and DCRA) do not automatically continue into 2026. You must actively re-elect those benefits to continue enrollment.
How to Enroll in Benefits
Review and update your benefit elections:
- Log in to Workday.
- Under Awaiting Your Action, open the Open Enrollment Change task and click Let's Get Started.
- Review your current benefit plans. To make updates, click Manage or Enroll next to each plan.
When you are finished:
- Click Review and Submit.
- Add any attachments (if applicable).
- Check the I Accept box.
- Click Submit.
You can return to Workday and make changes anytime before Monday, Nov. 17, at 5 p.m.
