HR Connection (Self-Service)
HR Connection Open Enrollment Module:
Extended through December 31, 2008 at 11:59:59 pm EST
You can use HR Connection to make your benefits changes at Open Enrollment. While you're in there, you may want to:
- update demographic information, including emergency contact information.
- change your retirement contributions
- apply for tuition benefits for yourself or your children (coming soon)
- view your current benefits

To access HR Connection, you will need to authenticate using your Andrew username and password, and your HR Connection Password (see your OE packet). (Note: you may change your HR Connection password upon entering the system to one that will be easier for you to remember.) You should be prepared with your dependent and benefit selection information when you enter the system (such as PCP codes if enrolling in an HMO).
When adding new dependents to your benefits coverage through HR Connection, you should have the following information available:
- Name
- Birthday
- PCP code (if enrolling in an HMO)
Technical Problems:
HR Connection technical help is available Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm EST. Not available on weekends, evenings, or university holidays.
