The Benefits and Fitness Fair will be held on Wednesday, November 7, 2012
The Benefits and Fitness Fair is held annually in conjunction with Open Enrollment. Human Resources staff are present to answer questions and assist employees in enrolling in benefits. You can also:
- meet with benefits and fitness vendors to discuss their plans;
- learn more about the services available through HR and Athletics;
- receive free health screenings and demonstrations;
- get free handouts, giveaways and raffle prizes;
- get a free flu shot.
Door Prizes and Giveaways
Many of our vendors donate fabulous raffle items for the fair, as well as having giveaways at their booths. Bring your Benefits Fair postcard with you for easy registration into all our raffles. (Limit one door prize per person.)
Flu Shots
University Health Services will be administering free flu shots for faculty and staff during the fair. Free shots are also available for students on the CMU student insurance insurance plan. For spouses/domestic partners and students on other plans, the cost is $17. If you are not able to attend the fair, you can attend another flu vaccine clinic.
To obtain your free flu shot, you will need to present your Carnegie Mellon ID card and complete the authorization form [.pdf].
