All residents who desire to live in campus housing for the 2017–2018 academic year must participate in the Room Selection process, which begins in March. Details and instructions for this process will be forthcoming.
Residents should begin making plans and travel arrangements as soon as possible for the end of the academic year in May. All non-graduating seniors must move out by 12 p.m. on Wednesday, May 17, 2017.
Residents are expected to vacate their rooms within 24 hours after their last final exam. May 17 at 12:00 pm is the deadline unless staying for a university related reason (such as graduating seniors). Students staying for university-related events MUST check out no later than May 22 at noon.
