ATTENTION: When you return for Spring 2016 semester

All residents must visit a kiosk upon their return for the spring semester to check in and reactivate their ID card. Your 4-digit housing pin number will be your birthday (day, month. ie. June 12 would be 0612).

Kiosk stations will be located at Donner House, Hill Service Center, Morewood Gardens, Mudge House, The Residence on Fifth, Stever House and West Wing.

Looking ahead to the spring 2016 semester

All residents who desire to live in campus housing for the 2016–2017 academic year must participate in the Room Selection process, which begins in March. Details and instructions for this process will be forthcoming.

Residents should begin making plans as soon as possible for the end of the academic year in May.

Residents are expected to vacate their rooms within 24 hours after their last final exam.  May 11 at 12:00 pm is the deadline unless staying for a university related reason (such as graduating seniors).  Students staying for university related events MUST check out no later than May 16 at noon.
